Additional Fees
Travel & On-Location Fee-
$25 for on location/travel fee for all locations within 25 miles from the Lynchburg, VA business location.
For locations farther than 25 miles, the travel fee is $25 plus $1 per additional mile in each direction. The first 25 miles each way are covered by the $25 fee. Distances are measured by driving route, rather than straight line radius. Travel is charged per visit, including separate trial appointments. Your exact travel fee will be provided before booking.

**Locations over two hours away, one way, will require an overnight hotel accommodation at the client's expense. Overnight accommodations may also be required for closer locations when an early arrival is necessary. Hotel arrangement and cost must be agreed upon before booking.

Parking, tolls, and any separate travel required for additional artists will be identified in your quote.

Early Start Time/Holiday Fee -
A $50 early start convenience fee will be added for each hour before 9:00am, with partial hours prorated.
Bookings that take place on a holiday are subject to a $150 holiday fee.
Parking Fee-
Client will be responsible for all applicable parking fees.
Location/Room Change Fee-
$50 fee for location changes on the wedding/event day.
This means if artist is needed to pack up and finish at another location. Artist comes prepared with full production kit, including chairs, lights, and all necessary equipment.

Additional Artist Fee-
$250 per additional artist.
An additional hairstylist or makeup artist may be required depending on the number of services, requested styles, and getting ready schedule. Any additional artist fees will be included in your quote and confirmed before booking as long as all needed information and details are provided.
